Kuldip Singh Bhinder is the strategic head for Golden Palms Hotel and Spa (GPHS) and Promoter Director at Mice Hospitality Services Pvt Ltd (MHSPL). GPHS is Managed and Exclusively Marketed by MHSPL. A visionary professional with over two and half decades of comprehensive experience in Hospitality Industry, he was earlier the Executive Director/CEO of GPHS. His work experience includes project management (from inception of an idea to commissioning of the project) with large, professionally managed organizations in hospitality industry. He has handled diverse responsibilities ranging from opening and operating of hotels and resorts, including new build and acquisitions in various sectors and departments of hospitality industry

Director of Sales & Marketing

Sandeep a Hotel Management graduate and an MBA in Sales and Marketing. He has 18 years of hospitality experience with extensive knowledge in Hotel Sales, statistics and establishing sales territories. Sandeep has been associated with GPHS for 16 years. He is now a Director at MHSPL and heads the Sales for GPHS. He has been associated with brands like ITC, Leela Palace, Orange County, Sahara Aamby Valley and Sahara Star.

Vice President - Finance

Narasimman is the VP Finance of GPHS, with 27 years of Work experience in Hospitality, Real estate, Facility and Project Management. He has worked in Le Meridian, IL&FS, Royal Orchid and Vaswani Groups in leadership roles in Finance & Accounting. He is shouldering responsibility of finance and accounts and coordinating with Human Resource, Purchase, IT and General Administration of the hotel.

General Manager

Vivek is the General Manager- Operations at MHSPL, a seasoned Hotelier with strong hands-on work experience of over 26 years including 12 years of international work experience. He started his career with Taj Group of Hotels & has worked with Radisson Hotels, Sarovar Hotels, ITC Fortune Hotels and Golden Palms Hotel & Spa (GPHS). His expertise lies into liaising of new properties, training, setting up and implementing SOP’s and smooth functioning of the hotel operations.

Executive Chef and Senior General Manager

Francis has over 30 years of rich Hospitality experience in India and abroad. He has worked with The Chancery Group of Hotels, Atlas Hotel, The Oberoi Group of Hotels and The Central Park. His core competency lies in the kitchen and he has been the Executive Chef at The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa (GPHS) for the last 14 years, Francis is now additionally also heading the Hotel Operations as Senior General Manager.

Food & Beverage Manager

Nilanjan is a Hotel Management graduate from Manipal University with 15 years of rich experience in hospitality and has been associated with GPHS for 4 years. He has worked with Royal Orchid Group of Hotels, Sarovar Group of Hotels, Taj Group of Hotels, Sterling Mac Hotel, Wyndham Group of Hotels, Columbia Asia, Kanva Group, The Residency Group of Hotels & Yum Brand. He brings with him extensive experience of handling the Food & Beverage department seamlessly.

Human Resource Manager

Shaikh is a HR professional with Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Bharathiya Vidhya Bhavan Rajendra Prasad Institute of Communications Management (Bangalore). He has 17 years of experience handling Human Resource in various hotels and other industries. He has worked with Atria Hotel, Oakwood Premier Prestige, The Solitaire Hotel, S.Hotel & RSP Gourmet Foods Pvt. Ltd. He is now associated with GPHS for last 5 years.
